Testimonials
"Things moved very quickly. Mark was a great resource for all things needed for the purchase of the property. Any time we needed a recommendation for finance people, inspectors, contractors Mark was a huge help. He met with plumbers, inspectors, repair guys at our house since we weren’t able to be there. We are continuing to use people he recommended for repairs and maintenance. Mark also remains accessible and willing to help us even a few months after the sale. He was a good fit for us and we hope to continue our friendship in the future. Thank you Mark for making everything so easy for us. We were able to find a great property and take the first steps toward making our dreams come true"

"In late October, Mark reached out again to let us know that the condo was still on the market. It had come down in price once and was still sitting there. He suggested that the owners might be willing to come down a bit more. We went to see it (mostly on a whim) and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was and how many of our needs it met. Mark was happy to accommodate us to see it again before we decided to put in an offer. The negotiations and closing were a bit touch and go, but Mark helped us stay calm through the entire process. At each stage he explained our options and then stepped back to let us make our own choice. Mark came with us to meet inspectors and helped strategize creative solutions to the issues that arose. One such solution was a temporary rental agreement that allowed us to start moving our stuff in while we waited for the overseas sellers to sign the deed and return it. We are thrilled with our new home and grateful to Mark for helping us find it."

"The buyer's agent did his best to find problems with the home. In our case the foundation quality was questioned during a buyer's inspection. Moisture was detected along two basement walls after a rain, suggesting a big problem with the foundation and a request for a sizeable price reduction. Mark took it upon himself to test moisture levels in that area and he researched the original plans through county records, where he found proof that all original construction methods were sound and that the issue was limited to surface water and easily corrected. Additionally, an issue of easement rights involving our utilities was brought up by a neighbor who shared the easement. Mark worked with the neighbor and the buyer’s agent to resolve the problem. Mark was able to mitigate the requested price reduction saving us tens of thousands of dollars in the process. We looked forward to daily calls from Mark through the entire process. "

"Mark was in constant contact with me, the new buyer’s realtor, his real estate company, he was representing at the time, and the bank handling the transaction. Things were touch and go, and I was nervous during this process, but Mark was reassuring. Timing wise everything fell into place and my mom’s house closed on February 18, a little over a month since it was listed. In closing, should anyone be interested, Mark Hudson will go above and beyond in helping you either sell or purchase a property. He’s very knowledgeable, calm, persistent, and extremely easy to talk to. I consider Mark a very good friend who I’m still in contact with. "
